Purchase Policy

By purchasing any of the offered services/licenses/subscriptions on this website, you agree and understand that no refunds will be given for said purchases. Any purchase done of either the Personal or Commercial subscriptions will grant you usage rights of the music within the time frame of the purchase.

If the subscription is cancelled before its end date, you’ll have the permission granted for that Subscription until the end of your payment period. That means that any of your video that features the music during that time in which you are a Subscriber, will be granted the rights given through the Subscription, in perpetuity.

The right shall remains with Ikson to revoke usage permission or take down any content featuring the music distributed on this website, regardless if produced/utilised/distributed under a purchased subscription or not.

So far Ikson has never taken down a video that has followed his usage policies unless it either promotes hate, violence, racism or is produced for fraudulent intentions.
